Network/Systems Engineer at V2 Systems (Manassas)
V2 Systems is seeking individuals who are self-motivated, energetic, and want to acquire a significant role in a small and growing company. Candidates must have an entrepreneurial mindset and be willing to contribute to the growth and establishment of an emerging company, handling a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Client Site Surveys
- Proposal Development and Sales
- Solutions Engineering
- Managing Projects
- Providing Technical Support
- Managing Client Accounts
Qualified candidates must have experience with designing, building, installing, migrating, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the following products/services on Microsoft platforms:
- Servers (Exchange, Backup, File, SQL, etc.)
- Workstations
- Tape Backup
- RAID
- Disaster Recovery Strategies
- Internet Connectivity
- Anti-virus
- Firewalls
- Routers
- UPS
- VPN
Must have an MCSE in Windows 2000 or 2003 Server
Cisco, Citrix, Novell certifications desirable but not mandatory
